The wealthiest of the churches due to its association with trade and industry, Herrel’s church has a disproportionate amount of influence for its size. It is a very practical one, and welcomes all who are industrious and willing to work and participate. Merchants, industrialists, and so on tend to worship Herrel, along with many farmers, miners and the like. Herrell appeals to both the rich and the poor, teaching that the rich got where they are through hard work, and the poor may do the same.

The church is a very practical one; places of worship are often large, but simply built, with little care for elegance. There is a fairly simple meritocratic hierarchy based on what works best, with everyone in the church having a particular role to which they are well suited.
